La Taberna del Capitán, the hotel’s main restaurant, located near our
lake (scenic lake overview), offers uniquely prepared Costa Rican cuisine for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The local Costa Rican cuisine is of the highest quality, brought to you from our
renovated and improved Costa Rican hotel kitchens, which include special toxic
cleansing diet and mineral balancing menus, mineral-rich cheeses, organic fruits and
vegetables, self-raised fish, and other locally procured specialties. La Taberna del
Capitán can cater to over 100 guests.
Our second food service site, the El Rancho Restaurant, serves a buffet and rich
traditional Costa Rican breakfast, with a naturally produced healthy lifestyle theme.
El Rancho can cater to over 50 guests.
Las Loras, our poolside snack bar, offers refreshments, snacks and beverages by the
hot springs outdoor thermal pool.
